Our beginnings

Hunter Valley Pasta Co. started life in Beaumont Street Hamilton in 1994.

In 2005 the factory and shop relocated to its current location at Shop 1, 126 Bridges Road, New Lambton and began trading at the popular weekly Newcastle Farmers Market at Broadmeadow Showground in 2010. Our fresh pasta, sauces and large selection of freshly prepared and packaged Chef created meals are popular with pasta lovers right across the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and down to the Central Coast.

Our business supplies many of the regions top restaurants, cafes and resorts with our large range of pasta. As the demand for our pasta grows so does the demand for corporate and event catering.

All our food is prepared fresh and made in our commercial kitchen using modern pasta making equipment. Our talented head chef, Geoff Cook—supported by our amazing team – creates our changing Weekly Menu designed around fresh seasonal local produce – including our popular muffins baked fresh every day.
